Golden Key Camp charity provides "last wishes" for kids who are fighting cancer and other terminal illnesses. With your support we have a goal of helping 500 children in 2025, but it takes a village and we need help. I am asking if you will please be a 5k 10k 14k 18k or 14k Sponsor at our upcoming G.O.A.L.E.D. GALA or better yet... come to the GALA!

Thank you for your time and support. By being a G.O.A.L.E.D. GALA sponsor and donating (or raising) $1,000 which will provide either a week at our camp for a child fighting cancer (and their family) or if a child chooses to have their "GOAL GRANTED", and by sponsiring a table you are invited to attend our 1st Annual "GOALED" business GALA at Crystal Gardens in January where you will recieve 8 tickets with your table sponsorship.

The evening will be an incredible night with Dinner, motivation, business networking with guest speakers motivating us all to set and reach our goals, the funds raised will gift a child who is fighting cancer the amazing gift of a lifetime,.. because of you. Hi my name is Lisa Keck I'm the President and Founder of Golden Key Camp we are a nonprofit, we grant wishes for kids with cancer and we have a retreat to welcome kids year- round that are fighting cancer. We're restoring and updating the retreat to make it fully handicap accessible year round facility and we hoping to be open in the springtime.

I started the charity 10 years ago and we have helped thousands of Michigan children with wish granting and helping them achieve their last wishes. We believe that everyone has a purpose and there are things they want to achieve, children that have terminal illnesses are no different but they lose out on their childhood and often have a short life due to the illnesses they have.

Golden Key Charity has a big goal for Christmas! We have 500 terminally ill children on our Christmas list that we want to give the most fantastic Christmas gifts to but we need help. Each week at camp for a whole family is $500 to stay for a week with their family or each child will be given the opportunty if they chose to have whatever "last wish" they desire. Our saying is Michigan wishes for Michigan kids who are fighting cancer.

Thank you for allowing me to send you this information and hopefully this week you would be willing to sponsor a child whether it be a full amount or partial towards a full camp week or towards their wish, we have arranged last birthdays or last Easters, or last a Christmas ,.. whatever the family decideds we make it happen and celebrate to help create joy in a sad time.

We believe it takes a village sometimes to do seemingly impossible things,.. wont you please join in the purpose and mission to help childen fighting cancer or other terminal illnesses

Kids that are fighting cancer have a very serious goal to beat their diagnosis, but they also have goals and dreams like any other kids and we are determined to help them, of course by raising awareness but by helping them have "normal".

Children diagnosed with cancer have goals to beat their diagnosis, thrive and live out their dreams. Sadly some of these children dont get to enjoy the simple things due to the illness and physical disabilites and we are a village to help them, some of these special kids that have entered hospice, so time is critical while they can still have fun. Children who are terminally ill,.. have dreams and goals too, lets help them.

Through the Golden Key Charity philosophy and motto we encourage these brave children to continue to be the brave youngsters they are and fight the disease,..but with your help together we can help arrange for them and believe with them that all things are possible not matter what the circumstance and barrier,..lets do what it takes to accomplish it!

In addition to bringing awareness to a deadly disease, and encouraging us all to set and accomplish our goals, the year end Christmas goal of GOLDEN KEY charity is to help give 500 kids the greatest Christmas gift ever THIS YEAR

So how can you help? How can you, your company, your office, Corporation, business, family, friends, your school, a group, organization, club you are in, your church or you personally get involved? Easy ... do a collection! Ask every one you know, your office, coworkers, club, employees, customers, patients, friends, family etc to make a pledge, donation, and on a day you choose to be your “Childhood cancer awareness G.O.A.L.E.D day”. A day to honor kids with cancer and to set a goal to raise funds to send a family to Golden Key Camp ! Get the word out on your social media about your week long or month long mission.

OK so why do I keep spelling GOAL WRONG? LOL

For 10 years now The mission and vision of Golden Key charity has had a fantastic-huge- awesome-incredible goal to help kids with cancer by helping make "goals come true" for these amazing kids who have very uncertain and devastating news daily, we have helped hundreds of kids by encouraging them with birthday parties, Last Easter, Christmas celebrations for those children who were at end of life, as well as thrown amazing birthday parties, filled hospitals with our huge toy drives and art collections for the kids in the hospitals.

Golden Key charity has goals also coming up in 2025, we have a retreat in Gladwin, Mi that we have been diligently restoring to create a fully handicap accessible camp for children fighting cancer offering a day or week for a family fighting childhood cancer.. Often, children miss out on their week opportunity at a Camp program because they were sick, hospitalized or couldn't attend because of their health. But Golden Key Camp will be available year round whenever they can come they are welcome, Your support pledges or donations will continue to help kids

GOLDEN KEY CHARITY has a never-ending mission to raise awareness, but also create opportunities oflove, joy and self empowerment, even in dark sad times, there is always space for joy and laughter for families that are fighting childhood cancer. Other camps for children fighting cancer may offer one week a year programs, but often, children miss out on their week opportunity at a Camp because they were sick, hospitalized or couldn't attend because of their health. Your support for making pledges or donations will help make this all a reality for these children.

Childhood Cancer needs to be cured, but only 3 or 4 % of finding a cure dollars go to FINDING A CURE. This number will never get childhood cancer cured; we can unite to help these brave kids, raising awareness is critical. They don’t want to be brave to fight for their lives but they HAVE to. Children diagnosed with cancer just want to be kids and have dreams with goals like the rest of us. Raising awareness makes a difference! Get your pledges and raise $500 to send a child and their family to Golden Key Camp, or $1,000 to help us arrange their "last wish" or help them reach their GOAL wish will help a child PLEASE consider participating pledging and/ or donating to make impossible things possible!!
